Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2999 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 2999 will close all but the earliest-registered account and may, at its discretion, void any bets or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your 2999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 2999 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
You agree to notify 2999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security compromise. Until such notification is received and confirmed by 2999, all activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed and any withdrawals made — remains your responsibility.
2999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, where large transactions are detected, where fraud is suspected, or as part of routine compliance reviews. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the requested KYC procedure. 2999 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to a Player's failure to provide KYC documents promptly.
All 2999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is performed by 2999 in the normal course of transactions.
2999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits made via supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect. 2999 does not impose deposit transaction fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held by a person other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
2999 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.
Withdrawals from a Player's 2999 account balance may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawals to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three business days. Processing times are measured from the point of approval, not from the time of the original request submission.
2999 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving financial institution or mobile wallet provider are outside of 2999's control and remain the Player's responsibility.
From time to time, 2999 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by 2999 are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled upon expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically. 2999 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
All sports bets placed on 2999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to bet settlement.
2999 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including after the bet slip has been submitted, where a technical error in odds is suspected, where the market has already closed, or where the account has insufficient funds. A bet is only confirmed once a Bet ID is generated and displayed to the Player.
In the event of a manifest error in the odds, lines, or payout calculations displayed on the platform — including errors caused by system malfunction, human input error, or data feed failure — 2999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. 2999 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
All casino games available on 2999 — including but not limited to live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — use certified random number generation or, in the case of live games, real physical outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game engine. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with 2999 support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 2999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. 2999 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the limitation above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 2999's total aggregate liability to a Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their 2999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any Player may request the closure of their 2999 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. The failure of 2999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
